The Lakers Player Development Academy is designed to develop the complete athlete within you. Whether you're looking for additional training alongside your current club, grow your lacrosse skills & build solid foundations, or want to be prepared for the 2025 Spring and Summer Association seasons, we’ve got you covered. Spots are limited, so don’t miss out—Lakers Player Development Academy is about long-term growth as a complete athlete through a constraint led approach while adding in high rep positional work, speed & conditioning training, and mental toughness. 24/25 Youth MNLPDA

Our Youth Player Development consists of 30 hours of training starting Sunday, November 10, 2024, and goes through Thursday, February 13, 2024. Players will have 18 hours of skills practice consisting of speed & conditioning training, skill-building games, high rep positional work, and individual stick work. Building on the speed & conditioning training from field practices players will have 12 hours of custom tailored programing over the course of the Minnesota Lakers Player Development Academy once a week on Thursdays. This programming is designed to teach players the proper mechanics of running, speed training, and assist in injury prevention.
