Step-by-Step Process for Evaluation/Season Registration

1.Click on the “Program” tab for the drop down menu to appear.

2. Click on the Lakers program your athlete will be registering for.

• High School is for Premier Team and Select 17U
• Middle School is for Select 14U
• Youth is for Select 12U and Select 10U

3. Review the season information and overview for the program you are registering your athlete for.

4. Click on “REGISTER” at the top right, next to the overview.

5. Select the name of your eligible athlete under “SELECT A PARTICIPANT TO REGISTER” your are registering.

• If your athlete’s name is grayed out under “NOT ELIGIBLE,” verify the following information:
• USA Lacrosse membership is valid through the end of the event. Example: 2024 Fall - 2025 Summer Season, USA Lacrosse membership must be valid through July 31, 2025.
• The name and birthdate of your athlete must match exactly with their USA Lacrosse membership. Example: Athlete’s legal name is Lillianna though goes by Lily. You need to register your athlete as Lillianna.
• Make sure that all required information with USA Lacrosse is completed. Example: Age verification (required documents uploaded) and Affiliation (make sure you’ve selected Minnesota Lakers Select).
• In your Crossbar account make sure under your athlete’s name

1. Click on settings > associations is set to USA Lacrosse with your athlete’s name and valid USA Lacrosse number.
2. Click on settings > Club is set to Minnesota Lakers Select Girls Lacrosse.

6. Fill out required information for:

• Player 
• Player Details
• Documents
• Program
• Pricing - note: when registering for a season (e.g., 2024 Fall - 2025 Summer Season) the price will be set to $0. You will receive an “offer” based on your responses to questions in the registration process as outlined above. 
• Checkout
• Confirmation of your registration 

Notes: Once you’ve submitted the registration for your athlete, Minnesota Lakers will receive an email that a registration has been completed. Within 48 hours (unless on weekends), Minnesota Lakers will look over the registration and based off questions you answered during the registration process to create and send an “offer” with the cost and payment options including payment details. The offer email options will state what you registered (2024 Fall – 2025 Summer Season plus any optional tournaments).

1. Review the email and click on the “Review Offer” button.
2. Fill out required payment information and accept the offer.
