The Lakers Player Development Academy is designed to develop the complete athlete within you. Whether you're looking for additional training alongside your current club or want to be prepared for the 2025 Spring High School/Association season, we’ve got you covered. 24/25 HS & MS MNLPDA
Our High School & Middle School Player Development consists of 54 hours of training starting Sunday, November 10, 2024, and goes through Wednesday, February 12, 2024. Players will have 30 hours of field practice consisting of speed & conditioning training, small-sided games, high rep positional work, and individual stick work. Building on the speed & conditioning training from field practices players will have 24 hours of custom tailored programing over the course of the Minnesota Lakers Player Development Academy twice a week. This programming is designed to build and further enhance the speed, conditioning, and assist with injury prevention of our players.
