Middle School

The season structure for our middle school program (Select 14U), includes Fall Skills, Winter Skills, and the Summer Season as one season for all players. This approach allows us to place a stronger emphasis on individual skills development and team culture. With a meticulously constructed 23-week Fall and Winter Skills curriculum, we will build on each player's skills weekly, preparing them to thrive in their high school seasons as impact players along with being leaders on and off the field.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our Middle School Program is designed for players who want to grow their skill set in a more challenging environment by training alongside players from across the Twin Cities Metro area. Coaches will challenge players through age-appropriate drills and skill development. With a meticulously constructed 23-week Fall and Winter Skills curriculum, we will build on each player's skills weekly, preparing them to thrive in their association/high school seasons as impact players along with being leaders on and off the field.

We know during Fall Ball and Summer Season our players desire to play with friends on their local MSLax/GNLL association team and have created our practice schedule to minimize potential conflicts.
